The salon
A quarter of a century on the same street.
A&E has been registered and working in Tampines since April 2000. In that time the block has changed, the neighbourhood has grown up, and a good number of the people in the chair have been coming since their school-uniform days.
It is a small, unfussy shop — the kind where you can ask for “the usual” and be understood. The team is listed on the L’Oréal Professionnel salon finder and still books into the brand’s academy classes to keep current.
