Do you charge for diagnosis?
Diagnostic is waived if you proceed with the recommended service the same visit. Quoted on WhatsApp before we leave.
Why chemical wash instead of general wash?
Musty smell, weak cooling after a normal wash, or heavy coil grime usually needs chemical. Triage points you there first so you don’t book the wrong job.
How long for 3–4 HDB units?
General wash is typically 60–90 minutes. Chemical wash takes longer per unit — we’ll confirm ETA after triage.
Same-day available?
Yes for not-cold and urgent leaks when the line is open (07:00–22:00). Plan members get priority.
